Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote and sell financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, or investment opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals to generate potential business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information and advise clients effectively.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Sales Documentation: Accurately document and process sales transactions, updating CRM systems with client information, and following up on necessary paperwork.
  • Objection Handling: Address customer concerns, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Cross-Selling: Promote complementary financial products where applicable, enhancing the overall value proposition for the client.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with the financial industry's regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
