Warehouse Assistant (Mandarin Speaking)

1) To perform the work which is assign by the Manager/Management/Supervisor from time to time.

2) Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the delivery against packing slips and purchase orders, create and import Goods Received Notes into system accordingly.

3) Safely and efficiently store products in designated warehouse locations, use warehouse management systems (WMS) and POS System Xilnex to update inventory records, organize and arrange products for easy accessibility and efficient retrieval.

4) Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries, generate shipping labels and documentation.

5) Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventories to reconcile discrepancies, update inventory records to reflect accurate stock levels, communicate inventory issues and shortages to the appropriate personnel.

6) Monitor and maintain the quality of products during handling and storage, report any quality issues or concerns to supervisors.

Job Requirements:

1) Proven at least 1 year experience in warehouse management or a related field.

2) Proficiency in using warehouse management software and MS Office applications.

3) Able to work overtime when necessary and flexible hours, including evenings if necessary.

4) Able to show excellent leadership example to department subordinates such as work ethics, working attitude etc.

5) Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.

6) Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

7) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

8) Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
