  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Contract Management

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal and procurement team to ensure contracts are well structured.

2) Quantity Surveying

  • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction project.
  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify quantities and materials required.

3) Cost Control

  • Monitor project cost throughout the lifecycle, comparing actual expenses against budgeted amount.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose strategies.

4) Documentation

  • Maintain organize and up-to-date contract and project documentation

5) Stakeholder communication

  • Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure clear communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Construction Management or related field
  • Proven experience in contract management and quantity surveying within construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terms and relevant regulations.
  • Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel and project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
