Job Title: Corporate Finance Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Corporate Finance to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development to support our business objectives and drive growth. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and identify improvement opportunities. - Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration processes. - Develop and maintain financial reporting tools and dashboards for management. - Monitor market trends and assess their impact on business operations. - Assist in capital budgeting and investment analysis. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Qualifications: - Possess a recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics or any relevant degree from a recognized university. Candidates with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA would have an added advantage. - Possess minimum 5 years of working experience in investment banking, corporate finance, auditing or any other related field. - Good analytical skills for market and research data and detailed-oriented in the review of documentation and verification of information. - Good English writing skills as well as communication skills to liaise with external parties involved in the corporate proposals. - Willing to work long hours and within tight deadlines. - Highly driven, independent, able to multitask and demonstrate good communication and presentation skills. - Bumiputera candidates are encouraged to apply. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
