  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handle daily accounting operation related to general ledger, cash book, contra, deposit accounts and month-end closing with the necessary accruals and reversals
  • ⁠Perform data entry and general bookkeeping for supplier invoices and prepare payments according to credit term on timely basis
  • Prepare and monitor aging receivable & payable reports
  • Maintain fixed asset listing and facilities record
  • Assist in preparing full set management accounts for audit
  • Liaise independently with auditors on annual audit
  • Maintain proper general and accounts documentations and filings
  • Assist in maintenance of accurate data at all times

Requirements:

  • Preferably at least 2-3 years of working experience in relevant accounting/ finance related roles
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Language requirements: English & BM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
