Technician

Job Responsibilities - Responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and handling all maintenance work. - Conduct preventive maintenance for all machinery according to the schedule. - Troubleshooting malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs. - Completing maintenance reports i.e., preventive maintenance, and work orders. - Ensure all machines are in good condition and well function. - Assist superior in routine monitoring of the machinery. - Maintain inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and request orders. - Ensure machine auto lubricant oil/grease level is at an optimum level. - To make sure all the chains in the checklist are properly lubricated. - Assist in evaluating the breakdown and liaise with an authorized contractor for repair - Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance. - Responsible for following food safety and GMP rules at all times. - To maintain maintenance workshop cleanliness at all times. - To perform any other assigned duties from time to time. Job Qualification - Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. - At least 2 years of working experience in the maintenance of manufacturing industries. - Knowledge of electrical is added advantage. - Extensive knowledge of system maintenance, mechanical engineering designs, installations, and repairs. - Ability to find problem for or deal proactively with work related problems. - Ability to perform to work independently with minimum supervision. - Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment. - Ability to lift and move heavy equipment. - Willingness to perform maintenance and repairs outside of business hours.
