Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in the entire system implementation process, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of ERP solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Work on system design, configuration, development (programming as required), testing, and deployment.
  • Provide consultancy on best practices and guide clients through system functionality to meet their business requirements.
  • Perform system analysis and generate reports for the ongoing assessment of ERP performance.
  • Manage system configurations, installations, and handle any technical troubleshooting related to ERP functionalities.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure ERP solutions are aligned with business processes.
  • Ensure timely project delivery, including managing deadlines for testing, analysis, and deployment.
  • Provide post-implementation support and training for end users to ensure proper system utilization.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background:
  • Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 full life cycle ERP implementations as a Functional Consultant with hands-on experience.
  • Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and functional system implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of business process mapping and workflow design.
  • Experience with ERP development, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
