Job Responsibilities:
- To prepare weekly and monthly wealth planners’ productions by using Excel.
- Able to design flyers and keep the PowerPoint presentation up to date by using PowerPoint or Canva.
- Generate insurance quotations using i-Zelect when needed.
- Carried out daily administration duties such as answering email and phone calls, maintaining the office supplies, and preparing any related documents.
- Supervise the performance of the Wealth Planners to make sure they follow the Zurich contract.
- Conduct weekly agency meeting and prepare relevant documents.
- Assist Wealth Planners in clearing all their deferments for weekly submission.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Mass Communication or other related discipline.
- At least 1 year experience in administrative fields.
- Good computer literacy such as proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have knowledge in using Canva.
- Good communication skills, speaking and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good team player and able to work independent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
