Job Responsibility

Production

Daily management of front-line workers in the production department in accordance with the requirements of the production control
Provide support to the production team in their daily activities, including troubleshooting production issues, coordinating workflow, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
Supervise and product guidance to production staff including training, performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards
Monitor production processes on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements
Maintain accurate production records including production output, downtime and other relevant data and prepare reports for management review

Quality Assurance - Ensure all products are maintained in its quality, packed in the right packaging and produced in a timely manner according to the daily and weekly production plan
Achieves QC or QA operational objectives by monitoring and assigning day-to-day activities and identifying the gaps and problems
Assist for returned samples inspection, conduct root cause and failure analysis investigation on all returns and take corrective action
Responsible for maintaining inspection records, quality-related documents, codes, standards and specifications
