Job Description

  • Communicate with the customers regarding warehouse-related inquiries, orders, deliveries, and return.
  • Communicate with the Operation Supervisor regarding Inbound & Outbound timeline (received date, delivery date & anything related)
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, calls, and messages.
  • Resolve, report and update any complaints or issues effectively to the customer and operation team
  • Check and confirm all the inbound & order information in the WMS and confirm with the customer
  • Monitor the status of inbound & orders and updates to customer
  • To provide the necessary/related documents and info to the operation supervisor for the inbound process
  • To update the GRN report and EDI to the customer within the lead time agreed in the KPI
  • Allocate orders in KWMS, generate a pick list, and pass it to the operation supervisor. To send EDI once the order is completed process
  • Provide any necessary documents to the customer related to the shipment or orders
  • To communicate with the transporter on the delivery arrangement to ensure efficient delivery and collection of goods
  • Address and resolve any logistical challenges that may arise and update the customer
  • To verify all documents, information and invoices before billing
  • Handle billing for both warehouse and transportation services, from preparing the summary, sharing/emailing to customer approval, and generating an invoice in the system before billing cut-off with the supporting info or documents
  • To work together with the Manager and Operation Supervisor to ensure every shipment is complete within the lead time agreed in the KPI for customer satisfaction
  • Prepare the monthly KPI together with the Manager and Operation Supervisor for MBR & QBR
  • Update report to the customer daily
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and warehouse operations efficiency.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer service activities.
  • Work closely with warehouse staff, inventory management, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the warehouse team to discuss ongoing issues and improvements.
  • Gather customer feedback to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer relationships and retention.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Assist in training new customer service representatives on warehouse operations and customer service protocols.
  • To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
  • To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.

Requirements.

  • 2 years experiencein customer service, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
