  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to provide top-tier technical assistance to our team and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in programming languages, particularly JavaScript and HTML, and be well-versed in software platforms such as Airtable and Go High Level (GHL). This role requires someone with a background in technical software support, a solid understanding of APIs, and proficiency in automation tools like Zapier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues.
  • Assist with the integration of APIs and automation tools like Zapier to optimize workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with developers and other technical teams to resolve complex problems related to system functionality.
  • Maintain and enhance technical documentation, ensuring clear and concise instructions for users.
  • Work independently to identify, analyze, and solve technical problems, providing proactive solutions.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of Airtable, GHL, and other relevant platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and other programming languages are preferrable.
  • Experience with Airtable and Go High Level (GHL) is preferrable.
  • Technical background with an understanding of software systems, APIs, and tools like Zapier.
  • Proven ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or tech-driven company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,568.00 - RM4,280.00 per month
