JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage a team of software developers, provide technical guidance and support, hands-on support to internal and external parties throughout the software development life cycle to ensure successful project delivery
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop innovative solutions, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
Conduct design / code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance principles.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in the industry, proactively recommend their adoption to enhance development processes and drive continuous improvement.
JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:
•
University or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, E-commerce or related disciplines
•
Minimum 8 years of experience in full life-cycle software development (includes analysis, architecture, and design documentation)
•
Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog) and bug-tracking systems.
•
Strong knowledge in Retail / F&B related digital solutions, such as Mobile App, E-commerce, CRM Applications, ERP (D365)
•
Understanding of CI/CD solutions (e.g., GitHub, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins), version control, automated testing, and monitoring tools (e.g. Kibana and Dynatrace)
•
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
•
Ability to work independently and proactively in a flexible and dynamic environment
•
Prior working experience in F&B industry will be a plus
