PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pursue sales leads: visit existing and new customers who may be of strategicimportance to the organization as well as commercial and technical support of existing customers.
  • Prepare and implement customerevents (trade fairs, presentations, lecturesetc.)
  • Intensively monitor the competitors and fixing competitive prices.
  • Ongoing market researchand requirement analyses. Refer sales leads, customerfeedbacks, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within theorganization so they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  • Fix sales pricesin line with market requirements while takingthe price guideline into account as well as implement defined pricing measures.
  • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and monitor and adapt sales activities so these objectives are met. Actively involved to increase company's sales and profitability. Take part in trade fairs and in-house exhibitions which arerelevant fir the specific sectors.
  • Build projects and followup if relevant for the specific sector.
  • Performs generalinternal and externaladministrative tasks (BUB,
  • correspondence, customer protection, complaints, delivery dates).
  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plan and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Self motivated sales professional
  • More than 5 years of experience in Sales, preferable in Furniture Industry Edgeband companies, furniture market, laminate players
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Superior business insight, client presentation skills, and commercial acumen
  • Independent & Self managing person
  • Having ability & capability on Market situation & competitiveness, Strategy & execution
  • Speaking Chinese language would be an advantage
