Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist will have strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Main Tasks

  • To assist at developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth across various digital channels for DPO International, Foodcraft (In-house brand) and Consumer strategic partners.
  • Plan and execute acquisition campaigns across various channels including web, SEO/SEM, PPC, CPAS, database marketing, email, social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, livestream and display advertising campaigns to drive traffic, revenue and increase ROI.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
  • Spearhead, plan and execute social media content, series content, thematic and tactical campaigns for Consumer strategic partners
  • Work closely with brand communications and product marketing department in strategizing and optimizing content marketing with data analytics for DPO International and Foodcraft.
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
  • Any Ad-hoc assignment or task assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and online consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in PPC, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, display networks, CPAS platforms, dynamic ads, affiliate marketing, content marketing, email marketing, CRM, livestream and shoppertainment techniques.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal skills (English).
  • Strong creativity, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexible and solution-oriented approach with excellent time management skills.
  • Willing to work in office/ on site at Taman Melawati.
