Principle Duties And Responsibilities
As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible to develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to strengthen company's market position and achieve desired business goals
You will be responsible in building brand awareness & strengthen brand positioning and align to Goodyear Global & AP Brand strategy, communicate, cascade brand strategy & localize to local content
You will oversee planning and implement marketing communication activities of company products & promotions to support the marketing activities. Work closely with Sales department & align sales & marketing strategies
You will create clear Consumer Value proposition for Goodyear brand and communicate the benefits to target market segments
Job Requirements
You have more than 8 years’ experience in Marketing function
You have experience in change management, driving organization to achieve growth targets, set and execute market leadership objectives
You are involved in development of employees' skills and competencies and achieve desired impact of the change and the operating results
You have experience working in a rigorous and demanding business environment, anticipating challenges and mitigating risks
