This is a fixed-term contract role.

The role involves managing physical security for CelcomDigi, implementing controls for assets, and developing nationwide security policies. Responsibilities include project planning, financial reporting, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Building relationships with stakeholders like law enforcement is crucial for effective loss prevention and security operations.

Responsibilities:

• Managing physical security threat, protection goals and objectives within the scope of a strategic master plan. Contribute to the overall CelcomDigi security strategy and master plans by assessing the adequacy and coordinating the implementation of specific controls for new and current CelcomDigi assets, systems and services.
• Develop, Implement, Review, Monitor and control nationwide security SOP, Policy and resources deployment in term of security officers, security equipment, control tower, cash in transit, perimeter security for optimum utilization within allowable and compliance limit.
• Encompass both physical and digital aspect of security operation
• Supervise design, development and implementation of appropriate Celcom Infrastructure security monitoring/ reporting, intrusion detection, incident response and escalation mechanisms and procedures
• Project planning, execution, monitoring nationwide departmental security related BAU operation, one-off projects & special initiatives including modernizing security technology applications / systems, cost savings and integration.
• Maintain, review, analyze, review operation and ensure security operation timely submission of financial, operational reports, statistic and records by all departments on a daily, weekly, monthly basis for control and decision making.
• Review, validate and endorse purchase / payment requisition, project plan and other documentation such as tender documents, SOW/SLA, BQ, technical specs, layout plan, project schedule, work breakdown structure, payment milestone etc prior mgmt. approval. Ensure expenses within section’s approved limit.
• Initiate, monitor and review all contractual, non-contractual vendors/suppliers/biz partners to ensure adequate scope of work, sufficient service level agreement and general terms and conditions at Celcom best security interest.
• Fostering & strengthening relationship, collaboration with major stakeholders (internal & external ie C-Level, Police, MACC, MKN, MCMC and other authorities department/agencies) as and when required for loss prevention and compliance to regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Management, Science, Administration and equivalent
• Minimum 10 years in the related industry/field.
• Business & General Administration, basic contract, legal understanding, vendor management.
• Experience in:
