HR & Admin Executive (Open to Fresh Graduate)

A pioneering company in the medical devices industry is seeking a detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and will need to communicate effectively with their counterparts in China, Japan and Singapore.

Main Responsibilities of the Junior HR Executive Role:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up-to-date.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate with the HR team in China, Japan and Singapore to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  
  
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay is required to communicate with our counterparts in China, Japan and etc.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
