Position/Title: Content and Multimedia Specialist

Duration : Long term contract

Location : Selangor

Budget : RM 4500

Job description:

This role reports to the Content and Community Lead and plays an important part in helping to connect employee work to our purpose by partnering with stakeholders and crafting stories about our social and environmental impact, including shared successes and leadership voices across the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop creative communications concepts and storytelling to elevate business, purpose, sustainability and diverse employee voices from our Asia-Pacific markets

· Develop communication materials and lead production of our employee engagement initiatives using a variety of channels and tactics

· Write, edit and publish impactful and engaging stories on employee communication channels to drive employee engagement and culture

· Plan and manage editorial calendar and pipeline of content leads

· Lead video projects from end to end, working with stakeholders and vendors in content development, planning, and editing original video content material for internal and external use

· Design compelling employee communications for newsletters, infographics, banners and powerpoint slides

· Leverage analytics and reports to determine effectiveness and seek continual improvements communication initiatives

· Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of virtual/hybrid employee events, and campaigns as needed

· Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline, with experience in storytelling and creative communications.

· 2-4 years experience working in internal communications or executive communications.

· Excellent writing skills, with ability to understand and optimize communications for a regional audience, using multiple channels and mediums.

· A true digital native -- technology savvy and across current digital trends for communications strategies and tactics

· Adept at using analytics to inform and enhance content performance

· Keen eye for visually appealing content, with ability to design innovative, and creative assets, newsletters and email templates and various types of content mediums

· Experience managing video storytelling projects

· Experience working with leaders and building consensus among multiple internal stakeholders

· Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously

· Proficient at Canva and Capcut or comparable graphic and video editing programs

· Experience working cross-functionally with different job functions and stakeholders

· Self-starter that thrives in a collaborative environment where you must partner cross-functionally.

· Experience as a social media content creator

· Exceptionally organized and detail oriented, capable of managing numerous projects and work streams end-to-end, with a keen sense of prioritization and ability to consistently produce high-level work.

· Ability to integrate a variety of content sources, data, trends and mediums in a creative and strategic manner

· Ability to work with designated internal experts to co-create communication content

· Experience in developing great stories and executing communication plans and virtual event production.

· Experience working with global or regional teams and/or clients
