• Crafting scroll-stopping video ads (70% of your time) and eye-catching image ads (30%) that make people hit that 'Buy Now' button
• Wielding CapCut and Canva like a pro to create content that stands out in crowded feeds
• Transforming boring scripts into video gold that keeps viewers watching (and buying!)
• Collaborating with a global team to produce content that resonates with both US and Southeast Asian audiences
• Staying on top of social media trends faster than they can go viral

Who We're Looking For:

• A Malaysia-based digital native who lives and breathes social media marketing
• Someone who can make CapCut and Canva dance to their tune
• A content creator who understands what makes US and Southeast Asian audiences tick (and click!)
• An expert in crafting direct response ads that turn views into sales
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• A detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects
• Someone with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup

• Experience with other video editing or graphic design tools
