  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Tasks:

  • Assist to schedule interview session and follow up with stakeholder.
  • Prepare offer letters and extension/shortening letters for interns.
  • Facilitate on New Hire On-boarding process.
  • Assist in profile completion for interns and other back-end process for recruitment.
  • Prepare document for Expatriates.

Projects:

  • Improvement of Operation Processes flow by assignment type
  • Help to update work instructions International Assignment & Intern recruitment

Qualifications
  • Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Human Resource/Business Management.
  • Preferable 7-8 months of internship compulsory commitment.
  • Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Skills and Good communication skill.
  • Joining date: December 2024
