Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and updating of employee’s information in HR systems
  • Review and administer HR procedures & processes & reporting
  • Maintenance of files, and HR documents, etc
  • Generate monthly reports when required
  • Liaise with accounting personnel for payroll-related matter and liaising with government bodies (e.g. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, ETC) on all statutory requirements whilst maintain all data private & confidential.
  • Monitor employee’s discipline and misconduct issues such as staff counselling, issuance of show cause and warning letters or termination proceedings
  • Preparation of HR related letters and correspondences and liaise with the relevant authority/government department if necessary.
  • Prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring accurate data and maintenance of ISO required documents.
  • As a window of respective department thru ISO personnel about the updated Job description.
  • To supervise & guide subordinate to complete job on time
  • To maintain strict confidentiality on all job-related matters.
  • To provide human resources and administrative support.
  • To carry out employee benefits and welfare activities which include Group Insurance Policy.
  • Execute payroll-related tasks; including investigate and resolve payroll matters, maintain accurate payroll records, generation of reports for decision making, perform payroll reconciliations, ensure compliance with Company requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Handle all HR related matters and undertake task as and when assigned by management.
  • Routine and adhoc reporting as per management request; and
  • Assist in any adhoc projects assigned
  • Assist of food ordering for company event eg training, and any other special event
  • Submit HRDF grant application for training course.
  • Annual Training Plan and Staffing Plan.
  • Analysing training needs in conjunction with manager; planning and delivering training.

    Requirement:

    • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/ related field
    • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, as comprehensive training will be offered
    • Have experience in Foreign Worker Management
    • Proficiency in English, Malay, Mandarin - to deal with Chinese client
    • Full-time positions available
    • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel) is required
    • Both verbal and intuitive communication abilities are essential
