We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting employees and enhancing workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. • To be responsible in carrying out and monitoring all foreign worker matters such as renewal & endorsement of their passports, working permits, FOMEMA, Check-out memo, Hostel management, on-boarding and off-boarding processes and other matters related to foreign workers. • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions. • Overseeing Human Resource functions, including attendance, leave application, overtime records, medical/Socso claims, to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits. • Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs. • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events. • Assist with performance management processes and employee evaluations. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
