ACCOUNTS ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
- Perform full sets of accounts
- Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records are captured in the accounting system timely
- Monitor cash and bank balances, ensuring cash requirements are met and monthly cash flow planning
- Responsible for company daily accounts receivables and payable, processing payments and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts
- Preparing financial analyses and reports
- Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure
- Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger (GL) accounts
- Assisting with annual audit preparations
- Administrative tasks
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance (or, related field)
- Meticulous and adaptable personality
- Language: Fluent English, both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language(s) is an added advantage
