ACCOUNTS ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

  • Perform full sets of accounts
  • Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records are captured in the accounting system timely
  • Monitor cash and bank balances, ensuring cash requirements are met and monthly cash flow planning
  • Responsible for company daily accounts receivables and payable, processing payments and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts
  • Preparing financial analyses and reports
  • Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure
  • Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets
  • Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger (GL) accounts
  • Assisting with annual audit preparations
  • Administrative tasks

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance (or, related field)
  • Meticulous and adaptable personality
  • Language: Fluent English, both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language(s) is an added advantage
