As a Manager, Data at TROOPERS, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's data management and analytics efforts. You will lead a team of 2 data associates, drive data-driven decision-making, and ensure the integrity, quality, and security of our data assets. This role plays a critical part in harnessing data to inform business strategy and improve operational efficiency. What will you be doing?

Analytics: Explore and understand large enterprise data sets of varying complexity to lead to effective analysis delivery.

Communication: Provide insights or measurements for business intelligence and overall business decisions.

Development: Plan and manage Looker Studio, MixPanel, Google Sheet dashboards for KPIs measurement for various departments within the organsiation.

Support: Guide team members to respond to ad hoc data extractions or reports.

Management: Manages the team and their tasks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders within the organisation to deliver key strategic projects under the management sponsorship. Collaborate with engineering leads and DevOps managers to ensure a smooth data pipeline from data input to visualisation.

Organisation: Achieving objectives set by stakeholders in a timely manner.

Forward Thinking: Learning and applying new technologies to improve the overall data tech stack.

What makes you suitable for the role?

Must possess a minimum of a Degree or higher, majoring in Data Science or any other technical-related field

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field

Proficient with SQL, R or any other equivalent.

Proficient with big data such as BigQuery or equivalent.

Proficient with building dashboards using tools such as data visualization software (Google Data Studio, Tableau), or any other equivalent.

Proficient in building funnels and analysing through processing different types of data (structured, semi-structured and unstructured).

Familiar with data analysis software such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Clevertap or equivalent.

Familiar with Spreadsheets such as Google Sheets or equivalent.
