What You Bring:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 10-15 years of HRBP experience, preferably in large manufacturing or multinational companies.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay (Japanese or other languages a plus!).
  • A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning through certifications, conferences, or reading.
  • Experience in talent management, organizational development, and stakeholder management, with the ability to align strategies across global and local levels.
