A leading investment firm with a strong footprint in Southeast Asia is looking for an executive assistant to the investment team in Kuala Lumpur.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support office administrative work including but not limited to reception and related functions
  • Handle logistic arrangement and procurement for the office
  • Update, maintain and assist in ongoing improvement in record keeping of various group activities including that of but not limited to compliance, bank/brokerage accounts opening, HR and various functions, etc. Processing of accounts opening at banks, brokers and related AML, corporate and related information
  • Assist executives in travel arrangement from time to time
  • Provide support to staff members in liaison with external service providers and/or suppliers

Qualifications:

  • A degree holder with an understanding in accounting preferred but not necessary
  • Up to 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with handling AML ad company secretarial documents is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong IT skills and quick learners in new applications highly preferred
  • Proactive and independent, good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Cantonese/Mandarin (Bahasa/Malay proficiency a plus)
  • A team player with excellent organization and problem solving skills
