About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic Ecommerce & Marketing Executive to join our team. You are responsible to drive the growth of our products in ecommerce platforms, and enhance the brands awareness in Online & Offline channels. The ideal candidate has proven experience in Ecommerce, including setup, back-end operations and partnership development. This role requires a collaborative and strategic individual who can also contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans that align with Amser business goals.

We are ambitious and ready to work hard to achieve our goals, and the ideal candidate has the same built-in urge to get things done, solution oriented and organized. A potential match is street-smart, team player who prefer to roll up their sleeves working on the ground and willing to embark their growth journey with us.

E-commerce Operations:

Setup | Setup and optimization of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. (Product listing, campaign management, in-platform ads monitoring)

Promotions | Set up campaign promotions, flash sales, etc. in accordance with the budget

Relationship Management | Source for marketplace account managers, affiliates and develop strong relationships to leverage platform support for campaigns and product launches.

Business Development | Partner with new potential online marketplaces and retailer’s online stores.

Operations | Generate reports & present insights, review & improve conversion rates, manage inventory levels and enhance the online shopping experience

Logistics | Liaise with fulfillment party to ensure KPI like SLA are met.

Partnership Development:

Lead Gen | Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with relevant brands, influencers, and organizations.

Execution| Negotiate and execute partnership agreements to enhance brand visibility, sampling, and cross marketing bundles.

Teamwork | Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership execution and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

A professional with around min 2 years of experience in eCommerce & sales is required.

Excellent communication and writing skills; good command of English and Malay is a must.

Has an interest in the health and beauty market situation and is up to date with current brands and landscape.

Demonstrates high ownership, can work independently, and has good time management skills to execute initiatives.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC and social media marketing is a plus.

Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
