  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Position

IT & Digitalization Senior Leader (HOD)

Responsible for developing & executing the company’s digital transformation strategy across all technologies & digital channels while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

Overall responsibility for planning & implementing an organization-wide information & digital technology strategy that is aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Responsible for ensuring the delivery of the company’s digital road map, providing technical leadership for the development of all internal & external digital focused applications & programs.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s digital transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements

Provide guidance to the Infotech & Digital teams on technology trends & best practices that will aid in achieving both short term & long-term business objectives.

Develop & implement a comprehensive data governance framework that ensures data security, data privacy & data integrity while adhering the regulatory standards.

Identify, evaluate & implement relevant emerging technologies such as AI, ML, IoT that would bring significant business value.

Provide technical leadership for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of all digital products, services and initiatives such as web, mobile, applications, and online services.

Develop & implement Infotech policies, procedures, standards and security protocols to ensure the availability, reliability and security of the organization’s digital infrastructure.

Collaborate with other departments in the organization to ensure the alignment of Infotech and digital strategies with business objectives.

Evaluate & manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements to ensure quality, value & efficiency.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or other relevant IT courses (AI Technology/Digitalization). MBA/Msc holder is preferred.

Minimum 15-20 years of Information Technology Operations with Leadership capabilities.

Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Up-to-date knowledge of latest IT developments

Ability to explain highly technical concepts in simple terms

Knowledge of best computer security practices

Good inter-personal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
