  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We are looking for a qualified Application Support Consultant to join our team. If you have the following, we are looking forward for you to explore this opportunity.

What should you have?

  • Have strong passion in customer support

  • Critical thinking skills with ability to analyze detail support issues provide appropriate system solutions
  • Ability to explain and communicate complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
  • Global / International customer support experience
  • Good work ethics and discipline
  • Self-motivated individual with the capability to drive goals
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively in English, written and verbally
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments including work prioritization

What do you need to qualify?

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience with installing and configuring MS SQL Server and database SQL knowledge
  • Strong customer focus with at least 3 years' experience in customer service and support
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge in ERP - Finance module is a must, however experience in procurement process is an added advantage
  • Knowledge in the maritime industry would be an advantage or have been involved in IT Support for maritime industry or maritime system roll out
  • The position will primarily support the assigned modules as mentioned above and will expand into other modules when required
