  • Develop the overall creative vision and strategy for marketing campaigns, including brand messaging, tone, and storytelling approach.

  • Develop taglines, slogans, and key messaging frameworks for various project launches.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels.

4. Client Collaboration

  • Meet with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and expectations.
  • Present creative ideas and strategies to clients and stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in and approval.
  • Act as the primary creative point of contact, guiding clients through the creative process from concept to execution.

5. Market Research & Trend Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to create innovative and relevant marketing strategies.
  • Analyze property market data to craft copy that appeals to the specific target audience, including first-time home buyers, investors, or high-end clientele.

6. Campaign Management

  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline), ensuring all copy supports overall campaign objectives.
  • Work closely with media planners to ensure the right messaging reaches the target market through the appropriate channels.

7. Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Manage a team of writers, editors, and content creators, providing feedback and direction to ensure high-quality output.
  • Encourage creative growth within the team by providing ongoing mentorship and professional development.

8. Public Speaking & Presentations

  • Deliver presentations to clients, internal teams, and external audiences to communicate creative strategies, campaign results, and branding initiatives.
  • Act as the spokesperson for creative direction during key client meetings, pitch presentations, and press events.

9. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with digital marketing, design, and project management teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Ensure the copy is well-integrated with visual elements and supports the overall marketing objectives.

10. Project Management

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for copy-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Regularly review and revise creative work based on client feedback, market research, and campaign performance data.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: RM5,800.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
