  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About our client:

Our client is one of the leading and innovative healthcare organization, operating in South East Asia with a commitment to excellence. As they continue to grow and expand, they are on the lookout for a highly skilled individual to join their management team as a Regional Compliance Lead in a newly created set-up. This is an individual contributor position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with senior management to assess business risks and perform gap analyses.
  • Develop, train, and implement standardized internal controls and compliance tools using best practices across key business units to ensure consistent risk mitigation.
  • Review, draft, and update policy documents
  • Standardize and digitize compliance training, testing, and certification for internal staff and third parties
  • Establish and standardize grievance reporting, investigative procedures, and compliance reporting.
  • Work across departments to standardize SOPs and internal controls.
  • Design and implement a compliance audit framework for the group.
  • Lead thorough investigations of potential violations and ensure corrective actions are followed up and completed.
  • Oversee the compliance audit process, including the preparation of audit reports and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Approve, review, and provide practical solutions for operational issues with compliance implications.
  • Support due diligence processes for new acquisitions.

Job Requirement

  • 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Compliance from leading healthcare organization (regional exposure is preferred)
  • Familiar with established compliance frameworks, regulations and permitted CME and marketing arrangements involving hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
  • Familiar with relevant laws and regulations on anti-bribery and corruption, including FCPA and UK Anti-Bribery and PDPA laws.
  • Experienced with digital enabling tools such as online training, testing and certification.
