Junior Motion Graphic Artist

Job description 16TWO is looking for a Motion Graphic Artist who has relevant experience to join our production team. We’re looking for someone who can think outside the box and deliver results with a smile on their face. They should be able to multi-task, take initiative when needed as well as pay attention to detail - all while having tons of creativity! What is this job all about? Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, websites, marketing demos, etc.) To learn and experiment with the latest techniques software and design trends to produce impactful work that engages and inspires Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. To work as a team player in a collaborative creative environment. Working with design and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives. Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc. Assist in selecting audio, video, colours, animation, etc for graphic design. Work with the director, editors, producers, and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues. Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas. Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques. Ensure compliance with the client’s guidelines and design standards. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma Bachelor s Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree in Art Design Creative Multimedia or equivalent Cinematography/ Photography/Videography/ Visual Arts or any related fields Required Skills Motion Graphics 2D Adobe Creative Cloud Apps Strong in motion graphics. Familiar with 2D and motion graphic workflow Good sense of design typography and animation Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud apps such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc Meticulous technical organized and creative Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g Adobe Photoshop, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, and any other video editor applications) Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and independently Be highly self-motivated with a drive for self-improvement At least 1 - 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field Proficient in English.
