Our client is subsidiary of a Hong Kong public listed company and a China state-owned company is a one-stop logistics solutions provide which include Freight Forwarding (which covers customs clearance and haulage), Project Logistics, Contract Logistics, Cross-Border e-Commerce Logistics and other services.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform duties in all aspects of human resource functions
- Recruitment Process
- Training and Retention
- Industrial Relations
- Employee Relations
2,. Perform general office and administrative matters
- Tenancy/Insurance
- Assets/Vehicle management
- Licences/Permits
3. Any other tasks as and when required
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Psychology
- At least 5 - 6 years working experience in Human Resourcej
- A HR Generalist with focus in recruitment and training
- Good interpersonal skill, self-discipline and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Industry experience in logistics will be an advantage
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
- 5-days week
One vacancy only. Position and salary to commensurate with experience
- Manager – RM6,000 to RM9,000.
- Assistant Manager – RM5.000 to RM6,000
