Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell’s soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia’s extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.

Job Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

  • Support in overseeing the end-to-end performance management process, ensuring it is aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development.
  • Support in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.

Talent Management Cycle:

  • Support in the end-to end talent management cycle which includes calibration, succession planning (to ensure organization has a ready pipeline of talent for critical roles).

Learning and Development:

  • Support in designing and delivering programs that enhance employee skills and support career growth.
  • Facilitate workshops and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs.
  • Oversee and optimize the use of the online learning platform, enhancing user engagement and ensuring effective utilization.
  • Administer and manage licenses for online learning platforms, ensuring access to relevant learning resources.

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct regular engagement surveys, analyze results, and work with leadership to address areas of concern.
  • Organize and coordinate talent engagement events, including logistics such as venue selection, materials preparation, and catering arrangements.

Talent Analytics:

  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Prepare regular reports on talent metrics, including turnover, retention, and development program participation.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on market best practices for talent management trends.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements for continuous enhancement of talent management processes.

Key Requirements For Successful Applicant:

  • Degree or post-graduate qualification in Human Resource or any other related disciplines.
  • Qualification in Organizational Psychology would be an added advantage.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience in HR with extensive exposure to Talent, Learning and Organisational Development initiatives.
  • Proven ability to execute and implement learning and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Good communications and writing skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-divisions and functional teams.
  • Digital literacy and knowledge in data analytics .
  • Exposure to Successfactor Systems will be an added advantage
