Sales & Marketing Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:- • Perform full spectrum of sales duties from prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, sales administration, and after-sales service. • Organize and coordinate project sales launches, exhibitions, promotional activities, roadshows, and events. • Support all sales and marketing activities and events as required by the company, including duties on weekends and public holidays at the Sales Gallery, Show House, and during roadshows/exhibitions. • Support marketing activities in areas such as advertising, social media, direct marketing, event planning, and digital campaigns. • Promptly respond to sales inquiries via telephone, website, social media platforms, email, and walk-in customers. • Maintain client relations, track sales data, analyze trends, and generate periodic sales/marketing reports for the Management. Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of social media is an added advantage. • Excellent command of written and spoken English. • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills. • Candidate with relevant sales and marketing experience with proven records in the property development industry is an added advantage. • Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
