PROJECT PLANNER

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for the following works:-  Prepares and manages overall master project schedule integrating the project Work Breakdown Structure using an appropriate scheduling software  Coordinates schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule  Monitors and forecasts progress of activities in contractors work schedules  Evaluates critical paths in the project schedules and evaluate alternative schedule options to identify optimum project strategies or resolve problems before and during execution  Develops and implements plan versus actual progress s-curves  Issuance of delay notices of the works to the relevant departments in advance so that they make proper actions to prevent or mitigate possible delays in cooperation with the subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturer and / or working crews at the site  To coordinate with and advise operation team (C&S, Architecture & M&E) for the progress of work at site  Preparing the Monthly Progress Report to be submitted to the client  Preparing the organization Chart of the project Job Requirement • Min. Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. • Minimum 5 years of strong work experience with project planning for Hospital project/ JKR project • Should have good communication skills and inspection skills. • Ability to work under pressure and in a multi-cultural team. • Basic computer skill (Microsoft Office / Excel)
