  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor (Ranau) to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Support the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
  • Assist in cost analysis for maintenance and repair project work.
  • Help in performing risk, value management, and cost control.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of costings for tenders.
  • Assist in preparing valuations and final accounts.
  • Provide support in the preparation of monthly cost reports.
  • Assist in managing the change control process, including assessing variations and delay
  • Support the preparation of project forecasts and financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation and settlement of project claims.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willing to work remotely at Ranau (accommodation is provided)
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the construction industry
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel,
  • We need someone from the Ranau area or someone willing to relocate there.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • 2 position available. (HQ and Site)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
