Collaborate closely with the technical team: o Software development: Work directly with software developers to create a tailored platform that supports the logging and categorisation of pharmaceutical data. This includes defining the technical specifications and ensuring that the software architecture aligns with industry standards. o Technical feedback: Provide ongoing feedback based on industry expertise to refine features, enhance performance, and ensure the platform’s relevance and usability in pharmaceutical settings. o Cross-functional collaboration: Engage with other departments such as quality assurance, project management, and user experience teams to ensure a cohesive development process. 2. Act as the primary liaison between our development team and clients in the Middle East: o Client liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and conveying these to the development team. o Client communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to gather feedback, manage expectations, and discuss project progress. o Farsi proficiency: Utilise Farsi language skills to communicate effectively with clients in the Middle East, ensuring that language barriers do not impede understanding and project success. 3.
