Job Description
- Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems.
- Filing and Documentation: Organize and maintain financial documents and records.
- Assist with Invoices: Help process and track incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Basic Reconciliation: Assist with reconciling bank statements and other accounts.
- Expense Reporting: Support the review and processing of employee expense reports.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, such as copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Support Audits: Provide assistance during internal and external audits.
- Other Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by the finance team.
