Project Management Trainer

Job description Are you passionate about delivering training, and have expertise in Project Management? We are seeking an experienced Project Management Trainer, who has project management work experience and training delivery experience. You will need to have a proven track record in both effective training delivery, and also in effective project management. This role will require your expertise in understanding our clients project management needs, then to design/customize the project management training materials, followed by effectively delivering the project management course/s using experiential learning techniques in the classroom, You will need to ensure that you engage well with the clients and participants and to ensure effective learning and application. Requirements 1. Degree holder, or equivalent and above 2. Minimum 3-5 years of work experience, with a min of 3 years in managing projects and training delivery experience 3. Preferably with PMI-PMP and HRDF TTT certifications 4. Familiar with project management methodologies 5. Experience in delivering training face to face and virtually 6. Ability to use experiential learning methods to engage participants during training delivery 7. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia 8. Strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to effectively transfer knowledge during training 9. Creative and innovative, proactive and positive 10. Up to date with the latest project management and training trends 11. Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Industry Professional Training & Coaching
