Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description • Preparation of documents that require for sales activities • Communicating with customers in professional and good manner • Tracking sales order to ensure dispatch on time • Resolve sales related to customer issue • Attend and response to sales enquiries • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. • Manage the company’s social media platform and website • Develop existing business and identify/create new business portfolios to achieve set business objectives. • Coordinating the submission of proposals & project • To identify business opportunities locally and overseas, establish and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and potential customers. • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring marketing campaigns, inclusive digital and physical promotional planning Requirement • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia • Possess at least 2 years of relevant working experiences • Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent • Fast learner and able to work independently and within a team • Good communication and presentation skills • Must be IT Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
