Lab Assistant

1. Ensure that a high standard and procedures of Health & Safety is achieved and maintained, & continuously promote “See it, Own it” culture. 2. Ensure existing ISO 9001 QMS requirements are strictly adhered to. 3. Ensure the Process Control Plan and the Quality Plan are strictly adhered to. 4. Perform daily process audits are carried out. 5. Ensure all the lab tests are carried out accordingly. 6. Ensure all relevant inspection reports are available after tests are done and filed accordingly. 7. Ensure all finished goods that are send to the yard meet all quality requirements 8. Ensure all process and laboratory testing equipment are maintained in the proper condition. 9. Ensure effective housekeeping of the laboratory. 10. Ensure all measuring devices in the “Master list of Monitoring Devices” are calibrated accordingly and records updated. 11. Actively participate in quality improvement activities 12. Practice Safety First habits and work safely. 13. Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior from time to time. 14. Support Quality Department in carrying out new material evaluation & incoming material PSS as and when necessary.
