  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project scheduling; coordinate with contractor to complete the proposed project within schedule.
  • To obtain finalized construction drawings from Design team. Site Visit and counter check site condition with approved construction drawings for discrepancy.
  • To conduct pre-construction meeting to confirm the proposed work schedule.
  • To conduct opening and closure meeting with all related department for better plan and preparation.
  • Assist Operation team on fixed asset verification before construction. Prepare Asset transfer form for asset to be transfer back LWC for temporary storage during construction period.
  • To prepare of Asset Disposal Form. Seek for HOD approval on Asset and Asset Disposal.
  • Work permit submission and approval by mall management for contractor to start work.
  • To prepare weekly site progress report and submit to HOD.
  • Site inspection and monitor the testing & commissioning on all equipment installed.
  • Manage project handover to Operation team.
  • Manage reported defect with contractor during Defect Liability Period.
  • Check and verify all submitted delivery order and invoice.
  • Prepare payment requisition and seek for HOD & Management approval.
  • Special Skills:
  • AutoCad, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

Qualification:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree on any field.
  • 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field would be an added advantage for this position
  • Fresh graduate can be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,581.53 per month
