Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts for subsidiary companies under the property sector, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.
- Work closely with project managers to prepare and update project feasibility studies, providing valuable financial insights and support.
- Produce timely financial reports and budgets, including cash flow management, to support project decision-making.
- Set up project accounts within the system, manage financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle, and close out accounts upon project completion.
- Ensure all accounting practices are in line with current standards and procedures, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a relevant professional certification.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the property development industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly IFCA, and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
