Production Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • 监督生产流程及员工。Oversee the production process and supervise the workers. • 决定生产部所需资源。Decide what resources are required. • 必要时调整生产部时间表。Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed. • 监督产品标准及实施品质管理。Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs. • 与各领导共同实施及推动公司制度及目标。Work with management team to implement the company's policies and goals. • 确保员工遵守工业安全与健康守则。Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed. • 监督员工工作表现。Review worker performance. JOB REQUIREMENTS • 应征者需至少拥有SPM以上文凭。Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. • 需至少有5年的相关（家具制造厂生产部管理）工作经验。At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Production management of furniture manufacturing) is required for this position. • 流利的华语（与说华语的客户/合作伙伴沟通）、马来语和英语（口语和书面）。Fluent in Mandarin (to deal with Mandarin speaking clients/partners), Bahasa Malaysia and English (Spoken & Written). • 能够管理复杂的项目和多项任务。Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. • 出色的组织能力。Excellent organizational skills.
