Responsibilities: a) Greet customers warmly and identify the problem or reason for calling. b) Handle customer complaints via phone, email, social media or others. c) Communicate with customers, understand their needs and answer their queries. d) Schedule customers’ appointments and other ad-hoc duties as assigned. e) Update complaints to system, do filing, arrange documents, and any other jobs when required. Requirements: a) Minimum SPM or higher. b) Experience in related field is an advantage. c) Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal. Knowledge in Mandarin an added advantage. d) Computer literate.
