Site Supervisor (M&E)

We are an established ISO 9001-2015 certified Construction Company now looking for highly talented and committed individuals who have the following qualifications and experience to join our Company: - Responsibilities: • Oversee all mechanical and electrical installations within construction project. • Supervise M&E work activities and coordinate site works to ensure progress of works meet project schedules. • Monitor progress, identify potential delays or obstacles, and proactively implement strategies to keep the project on track. • Responsible for ensuring that all M&E works executed are in accordance to the drawings, procedures, schedule, project specifications, quality standard and safety regulations. • To assist project coordinator to plan, monitor and control daily work. • Coordinate closely with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with overall construction activities. • Monitor and follow up sub-contractors on their quality of works. • Check and verify material delivered to site while organizing appropriate storage • Manage site-related administrative duties, including timekeeping, reports, and documentation. • Take charge or follow up on all mechanical and electrical works for projects • Attend and carry out all inspection to ensure that M&E installations and testing work done has meet to the quality requirement. • Advise technical and project team on all aspects of M&E and development of projects • Follow up on M&E works from shop drawings and advise on rectifications when required • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that M&E installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Provide technical support, including troubleshooting technical issues and resolving conflicts. • Feedback to higher management on works implementation or rectifications • Able to report and cooperate with Project Manager. • Able to perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management. Attitude requirements: • Shows respect and consideration to both management and employees • Resourceful and determined • Values each member of their team equally Requirements: • Minimum SPM, Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent • Minimum 3 years working experience in high rise building with main contractor • Familiar with M&E installations works • Able to work independently, possess initiative and responsible • Able to work under pressure with least supervision • With experience as M&E work supervisor • Computer literate: Microsoft Office, Project, Autocad etc • Able to communicate with all levels • Willing to reallocate anywhere within Malaysia • Possess positive attitude and passion in work
