Job Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls to the relevant departments.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Assist in clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
  • Assist in administrative tasks to support other departments as required.
  • Handle other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Customer-service-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification in related field preferred.
