ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities: - - Prepare full set of accounts, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the company. - Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax filings, including service charges and gratuities. - Handle cost analysis of food and beverage sales, inventory management, and profitability reporting. - Maintain accurate financial records for daily sales, expenses, and vendor payments. - Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for business growth and expansion. - Prepare for audits and assist in managing external financial audits. - Liaise with suppliers to ensure cost control and invoice reconciliation. - Provide insightful financial analysis to assist the management team in making data-driven decisions. - Support the management team in financial compliance, including VAT/GST reporting and other industry-specific requirements. Job Requirements: - - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - At least 3 years of accounting experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, or similar). - Proficiency in accounting software (SQL) and Excel. - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Ability to collaborate with chefs, managers, and suppliers for effective cost management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
