Eng IBS Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is a leading steel processing company in Malaysia, specializing in the supply of high-quality core building materials for Industrialized Building Systems (IBS).

Tasks & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel, including operators, technicians and welders.
• In charge of production blasting, straightening, spray painting, rebar bending and 2D laser.
• Collaborate with Department Head to develop daily production plans based on production schedules, inventory levels and resource availability.
• Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks or delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
• Conduct regular inspections of production processes and finished goods to identify defects, non-conformities, or quality issues.
• Monitor production metrics and performance indicators, such as production output, yield, downtime, and scrap rates to assess productivity and efficiency.
• Generate production reports, analyse data trends and identify opportunities for process improvements or cost savings.
• Review the delivery schedule and ensure all parts are complete and ready for shipment. If any parts are missing, promptly highlight the issue and follow up with the respective department.
• Undertake any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by Department Head.

Qualifications & experience

• Knowledgeable in production or manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of computer is preferred.
• Able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
